NEIL KREUZBERGER, CPA
President and Founder
Under Neil’s leadership and guidance, Kreuzberger | Associates has fostered the development of client relationships across many practice areas, including financial services, brokerage, investment management, technology, manufacturing, telecommunications, distribution, real estate and retail. Most recently, Neil has led the development of the firm’s specialization in financial leadership searches for private foundations and multi-family offices. With over twenty-five years in the public accounting, technology, venture capital, real estate and executive search industries, Neil’s experience is an invaluable resource to the Kreuzberger | Associates team. He started his career with KPMG Peat Marwick in San Francisco, and spent three years auditing technology, real estate and manufacturing-driven companies. Prior to entering the executive search profession, he served as CFO for Walker Interactive, a $30 million venture capital-financed supplier of financial application software. Neil holds an MBA in Accounting and Finance from UCLA and is a licensed CPA.  neil@kreuzberger.com


KERI PON
Vice President | Managing Director, Contract Services
Keri has managed Kreuzberger | Associates' contract staffing and consulting services division throughout her eleven year tenure with the firm. Capitalizing on twenty years of experience in accounting management, financial reporting, and executive search, Keri has led the development of this important segment. Prior to joining Kreuzberger | Associates, Keri was the Assistant Controller for a $350 million oil and gas company located in the Los Angeles area. Keri graduated from the University of California, Santa Barbara, with a Bachelors degree in Business Economics with an emphasis in Accounting.  keri@kreuzberger.com



SREE ARIMILLI
Vice President | Managing Director, Executive Search
In her eleven years with Kreuzberger | Associates, Sree has specialized in private foundations and family offices, venture capital, private equity, financial services, wineries, and technology. She has over seventeen years of financial management experience, including eight years in private sector financial management. Sree began her career with Ernst & Young in Houston, where she spent two years auditing oil and gas firms and small businesses. After that, she held private sector roles in financial management and accounting with Sysco Food Services and Sega of America. Prior to entering the executive search profession, Sree was the Controller of Berkeley Systems, a $30 million privately held software company. Sree graduated from Louisiana State University with a B. ROBIN GRANKO
Director, Executive Search
Robin has worked with Kreuzberger | Associates for five years, interrupted with a two-year engagement as a financial manager for a privately held company. She has worked across all the firm's practice areas. Robin has over ten years of experience in accounting, financial management, and recruiting. She began her career in financial services, worked three years at Jordan Winery in Healdsburg as an accounting supervisor, and was the Senior Accounting Analyst for a mid-sized theatre entertainment company.  Most recently, Robin was the Controller for a small family-owned winery in Sonoma.  Robin is a graduate of Chico State University with a Bachelors degree in Business Administration and an option in Financial Services. robin@kreuzberger.com 


NOELLE LINZY
Director, Executive Search
Noelle, who has been a member of the Kreuzberger | Associates team for over seven years, has worked across all areas of the firm’s practice, with a focus in real estate, financial services, and investment management firms. Noelle has nineteen years finance experience, including nine years in financial recruiting. Prior to entering the search profession, Noelle held financial planning and treasury roles for a $1 billion global consumer products company. She has also held accounting positions in the import and financial services sectors. Noelle received her Bachelors degree in Finance from Southern Methodist University and her MBA in Marketing from University of San Francisco.  noelle@kreuzberger.com


KAREN GILBERT, CPA
Director, Contract Services
Karen, who specializes in contract staffing and consultant services for Kreuzberger | Associates, has over twenty-five years of experience in finance and accounting, including eight years of financial consulting and over five years of business development and recruiting for finance and accounting contract professionals. She has worked across all industries, most recently focusing on financial services and nonprofit segments. In addition to her public accounting background, Karen has extensive private industry tax and accounting experience in manufacturing, technology, and financial services. Karen is a licensed CPA and holds an MBA, with a concentration in finance, from Golden Gate University in San Francisco .  karen@kreuzberger.com


LAURA POWELL
Director, Business Development
Laura is responsible for Kreuzberger | Associates’ marketing and development initiatives, as well as serving as a search team member for specific searches. She has over twenty years of management experience in banking, commercial lending, and finance. Prior to joining Kreuzberger|Associates, she held VP positions with Bank of America and, later, Citibank, leading teams in commercial lending and business development. After leaving banking, Laura operated an independent financial consulting firm with clients from financial services, nonprofit organizations, and manufacturing. Laura has been an active community volunteer, recently completing a term as President of the Board of a local independent school. She holds a Bachelors degree from Sarah Lawrence College.  laura@kreuzberger.com


JENNIFER WALKER
Director, Contract Services
Jen specializes in contract staffing and consultant services for Kreuzberger | Associates. She has over twenty years of experience in management consulting, inclusive of technology, finance, accounting and audit consulting.   Jen started her management consulting career with EDS and Deloitte, where she spent 15 years serving Fortune 100 companies in the areas of large scale systems implementations, business process improvement, and program/project management.  Jen's diverse industry experience spans consumer business/retail, healthcare, high technology, hospitality, services, manufacturing, and not-for-profit.    Jen holds a Bachelors of Business Administration degree from the University of San Diego, with a concentration in computer science.   jen@kreuzberger.com


TIFFANY BOND
Office Manager | Systems Administrator
Tiffany has served as Kreuzberger | Associates’ office and technology manager for over ten years, with responsibility for all operational activities of the firm. She handles the billing and accounting, systems support, and is integral to almost every aspect of our search work, from references to resumes to research.  Tiffany’s role allows the firm’s Directors to concentrate on supporting our clients and candidates.  tiffany@kreuzberger.com


ASHLEY CLEVENGER
Receptionist
Ashley provides clerical and administrative support to Kreuzberger | Associates and the team. She provides the support we need to deliver on our commitments to clients and candidates.
