The non-profit sector is complex. Candidates must share the organization’s mission, bring their own expertise to bear, and balance the needs of multiple constituencies. The non-profit may be filling a critical social need, or providing an important artistic element within its community, yet its need for top financial talent is a key factor in its continued success.
